PREPARATION CHECKLIST

Documents usually needed for letting

Start with the available records. DMCS will identify any missing item after reviewing the property.

  • Owner passport or identity document and Greek AFM
  • Purchase contract, title or other ownership record
  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC / PEA)
  • Recent electricity, water, gas and building common-charge records
  • Property floor plan, if available
  • Owner contact email and bank-account details
  • For an existing tenancy: lease, tenant contact, rent and deposit record
  • Authority or consent documents for joint owners or representatives
The exact list depends on the property and proposed tenancy. Sensitive passwords and tax-system access must never be submitted through this public website.
LETTING SERVICE FEE
One month of contractual rent

For a letting-only instruction without ongoing property management, once DMCS finds the tenant and completes the lease and handover, the landlord brokerage commission equals one month of the agreed contractual rent.

The final service scope, commission and payment timing are confirmed in the signed letting mandate.
